Vinification
The grapes are collected in small, ventilated boxes. The classic vinification  is applied for red wines. The grape skins remain in the the must for 7 days at a controlled temperature. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation before aging in barrels.

Maturation
It matures for 1 year in barrels.
